As a father, that feeling is heavy—it’s hard to explain what it does to you when all you want is to provide, to protect, and to give your kids something as simple as a safe place to sleep, a stove to cook on, and a bathroom they can call theirs. I prayed for a way out… and God answered that prayer through Saraphina. She didn’t just do her job—she showed us patience, compassion, and real understanding. When Saraphina contacted me immediately, I thanked God for her. I had just gone through a terrible divorce and have a very sick child, so I had very specific housing needs. My rental home is beautiful, safe, well-maintained, and meets all of my needs. Imagin and the other office staff are always available to help with any emergencies or issues. The service staff and pest control are always timely and professional I love All County First and would recommend them time and time again."

I reached out to ACFPM and Saraphina from day one took over. She took a huge load off of my shoulders as I no longer lived where my property is and my work schedule is super demanding. It took some time to get the house restored to its original condition, but thanks to Saraphina all of that was taken care of for me. My only regret is I didn’t reach out to ACFPM sooner. Probably could have avoided the headache."

This was my third property management company I had tried, the other two were known and functioned either nation wide or in a few different states but were not able to accomplish getting a tenant for my property or meet my needs. Saraphina listened to all my needs and wants and found a tenant for my property within the same week of our initial phone call AND got me more money for my rental property than I originally stated. Especially being born and raised in Atlanta for the past two years I've had every type of scam attempted on me where I'm quite traumatized. One day I was scrolling through a group on Facebook aimed to assist in a lot of different ways. My direct reason for being in this group was to find a private landlord. This particular day I came across a post from Saraphina of All County First Property Management and she was looking to give a way some Christmas cash to a family in need. Not really needing the cash but knowing Christmas is coming up, something told me to try my luck and when I say lucky. I didn't receive the cash giveaway but when I say I got something even better. I didn't look good on paper nor did I feel good. I had baggage ! I needed a place to go in days. Keep this in mind it was a few days before Thanksgiving (2 days to be exact) I had an unconventional, desperate circumstance. When I tell you Sara worked for me and fought hard for me. I moved in my own place Tuesday night. This was my first time in life that I ate Chinese food for Thanksgiving but it was the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had. I thank God for Sara!!"
